These treatments are safe, minimally invasive, less blood loss associated with the procedures, minimal pain, reduced rate of recurrence and economical. The procedures can be done under local anesthesia with minimal hospital stay.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Post-treatment recovery is swift and with no or less complications.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Unlike the conventional approach, the possibilities of damage to the anal sphincters and muscles are less thereby reducing the chances of anal incontinence. The healing approach includes local wound wash with medicated decoctions, application of leech at the site of wound to improve the blood circulation which in turn enhances wound healing, debridement of wound and dressing the wound with appropriate medications.
