Dr Shalini TV has worked under different roles in the organisation and currently working as ‘Clinical Registrar’ leading research activities, as a clinical consultant and manages Quality control of Hospital care and Accreditation processes. She is a post graduate in Ayurveda from esteemed JSS Ayurveda Medical College, Mysore and has 10 years of Clinical Experience as General Ayurveda practitioner catering for different ailments including metabolic diseases, Allergy/Immunology, Respiratory disorders, Skin diseases, Neuro and Musculoskeletal disorders, Geriatrics, Degenerative diseases using holistic Ayurveda approach. She is trained in Trans-Disciplinary Research and has developed distinctive perspective on the same having been involved in clinical and basic sciences bridging the Ayurveda and Contemporary science. She has good publication record and experience in scientific writing, presented papers in National and International Conferences. She is being oriented towards Modern Psychiatry which has encouraged her in developing Ayurveda approach towards management of Psychiatric ailments like mood disorders, Anxiety etc. She has also worked as ‘Assistant Professor’ in Academic institutions. She is a ‘Jeevaka’ awardee from Himalaya Drug Company for her excellence in Academics.
